A thatch canopy over a private balcony allows 24/7 access to wildlife-rich lagoon viewing. Watch as native Fish Eagles perch in the Umbrella Acacia Tree and dive into the lagoon waters. Soak in the private deck plunge pool as elephants bathe and parade in front of your doorstep.

The Tamarind Chalet is romantic and perfect for couples. It is the shortest distance from the dipping pool and refreshment bar. Enjoy a restful nights sleep in a king sized bed equipped with mosquito netting.
The in room seating area offers viewing of the lagoon to enjoy coffee, tea and good conversation. Equipped with a beautiful large ensuite step up stone shower and wash basin, guests will surely be comfortable here.

Stargazing is perfect way to end the day from this open balcony. During the day enjoy the lagoon view of Buffalo, Hippos and Crocodiles lazing in and around this private lagoon.

CHALET
Our Lion Chalet is made with your family in mind. Set back away from the lagoon this room offers safe and easy accommodation for families. This light filled chalet is made with stone and authentic thatch roof. It features four 3/4 beds with a large in-suite shower and wash basin as well as air conditioning. Being the highest of the chalets, gentle breezes pass through the windows offering a cool and comfortable experience. Play cards on the table or cook your own meal in the only chalet with a self-catering kitchen.
Our Lion Chalet can be connected with the Buffalo Chalet to accommodate a larger family or a group of friends. The two chalets are separate with their own facilities and can be booked individually or connected with Lion Chalet.
